Dr. Andreas Schramm
Dr. Schramm studied Law in Freiburg, Kiel and Münster with a special focus on white collar issues. After completing the First and Second German State Exams and a doctorate degree (thesis on corruption in international competitive sport) at the Bucerius Law School Dr. Schramm is practicing as attorney at Langrock Voß & Soyka.

- Supporting various companies in conducting internal investigations and external investigations on suspicion of employee offences
- Defending an employee of a pan-European group against allegations of cartel arrangements
- Representation of a GmbH as a party to confiscation proceedings regarding a VAT carousel
- Advising a private equity company in the context of a shareholder dispute on suspicion of serious breach of trust by a managing director (including filing of a criminal complaint)
